12 one-on-one weekly sessions via zoom or phone call to take place over the course of 3 months. Includes email communication between sessions, hand-outs and meditations.

After you submit payment you’ll receive a welcome packet with a client agreement form within 1 business day.

Once your agreement has been signed and returned to me, you’ll be given a link to schedule your first session with me.
