My 3 month program focuses on taking the time to explore & address getting real with your feelings & relationships. You will learn how to actively cleanse your grief to make room for hope. I will help you identify your waiting room, your invisible losses, your Survivor, Watcher and Thriver. We will explore what roles they play in the choices you make and how you live your life. You will be challenged to activate the part of you that wants to thrive in life.
Includes 12 one-on-one weekly one hour sessions via zoom or phone call to take place over the course of 3 months.

My 6 month program digs deep into the process of Life Reentry. Similar to my 3 month program I will help you to identify your waiting room, your Survivor, Watcher and Thriver and explore what roles they play in how you live your life. You will create a personal relationship with them and learn how to work with them.
You also will learn how to actively cleanse your grief to release the tension it holds making room for hope. I will guide you to identify your loops of loss in your daily habits and ways of thinking so that you can shift them to make space to actively create the life you desire, which will allow you to make goals and create plug-ins.
You will be reminded of your innate power of choice through deep self reflection and Thriver activation.

6 week Life Reentry group intensive experience via zoom. This is a unique experience in-which you will be walked through the most important aspects of the life reentry process along with a group. This allows each member to connect with other individuals who have experienced loss and creates a strong support system.
Includes 6 weekly zoom meetings, a private Facebook group, email communication between sessions, hand-outs and meditations.
