Nickola Mae Samreth

At the young age of 37, I experienced the greatest loss of my life—my epic love. In less than four months, he was diagnosed with and died from liver cancer. I was left a widow with three young sons. My life had changed forever. The life I had envisioned, dreamt about, and planned for was now gone. I went through a pendulum of emotions, thoughts, and reactions.

After the raw emotions of grief and mourning had subsided, I felt stuck in a world filled with anxiety and confusion, yet also with a sense of wanting—wanting to feel something else, something better. Even as a certified health coach with established health and wellness skills, there was still something missing.

Knowing there had to be a path to reclaim a “life,” I embarked on a quest to find it in a way that felt truly possible. Because even though my husband was gone, I was still here, in my body, alive. I knew I needed to find a way to live fully engaged with joy and love—not only for the health of my heart and soul, but most importantly, for my kids.

My quest led me to the Instagram and blog of Christina Rasmussen and her book Second Firsts. Her words moved me and inspired me to eagerly enroll in her program to become a Life Reentry® Practitioner, so I could help others regain their lives. In my journey to help myself, I learned the intricacies of a mind in grief. I learned how to approach life reentry in a meaningful and successful way—through getting real, grief cleanses, insight, plugins, and so much more.

As a Life Reentry® Practitioner, I help you gently unpack and sort through your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I will help you gain clarity, insight, and control to empower you to plug into life. This will not just empower you to live again, but to thrive again.
